Peter Koutroubis is an service-disabled Navy veteran, Oracle ACE,  and information technology consulting services professional with twenty-eight (28) years of experience focused on Oracle consulting services in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle Data Warehousing, Oracle Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in the Federal, State, Local, and Higher Education. He has full solution life-cycle expertise including but not limited to program management, project management, requirements gathering, functional specification development, solution architecture, design, data security, configuration, development, testing, training, documentation, and support. Peter is an Oracle ACE, Oracle AI Certified, Oracle Analytics Certified, and Oracle ADW Solution Engineer Specialist.

Military:

Peter began his military service in 1987 serving in the U.S. Navy for a total of 8 years. He was stationed aboard the U.S. Carl Vinson CVN-70 at Alameda Naval Air Station for two years where he was deployed to the West Pacific and awarded a Navy Achievement Medal after touring the Persian Gulf. Subsequently, Peter served in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
